5:35 PM PUBLIC HEARING to solicit public comment on Ord. No. 861, which
proposes amendments to Chapter 28 of the Town Code (Zoning). The purpose of
the proposed amendments is to revise the Code to make the Town's treatment of
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) consistent with the provisions of recently
enacted State Legislation and recommended best practices for such uses.

APPLICATION OF LOWE'S HOME CENTERS, LLC (FORMERLY LOWE'S
HOME CENTERS, INC.) FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
AMENDMENT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE EASTON ZONING
ORDINANCE."
Ord. No. 863, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF EASTON ADOPTING A
TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON THE APPLICATION FOR, APPROVAL OF,
CONSTRUCTION OF, EXPANSION OF, PROCESSING OF, OR ISSUANCE OF
BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE OPERATION OF A DATA CENTER WITHIN
THE TOWN OF EASTON FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS
PENDING CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF REVISED ZONING
ORDINANCE PROVISIONS AND SUCH OTHER LEGISLATION AS THE TOWN
COUNCIL MAY CONSIDER ADVISABLE TO PROMOTE THE PUBLIC HEALTH,
SAFETY AND WELFARE."
Ord. No. 864, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF EASTON AMENDING THE
TOWN OF EASTON ZONING ORDINANCE TO CREATE THE USE DATA
