The CAB is comprised of a group of volunteer citizens appointed by the Harford County Executive. The purpose of the CAB is to facilitate communication between the
Community and the County Administration.
The CAB neither supports nor opposes issues which are brought to the attention of the CAB.
Members of the Community are encouraged to attend the CAB meetings to participate in this process.
