7:00 p.m. on Monday August 17, 2026 at the Town Hall, 69 Main Street, Northfield, MA on the
application by Etian Miner for a Special Permit or whatever relief is needed for a vehicle repair shop
accessory to a res dential dwelling at 34 Ashuelot Road, Northfield MA 01360 (Assessor map 5-B5 1)
as required by the Northfield Zoning Bylaw, Sections 200-3.4 and 9.2.C.
