1. Virgina Jeffries- asked questions regarding the Business Development and Zoning Ordinance, including the differences and
amendments in Ordinance No. 21. She also requested clarification on the proposal for 151 N. Arlington Avenue, specifically
regarding on-street parking, vehicle density, and related resolutions.

2. Bro. Lamar Williams- stated that young people are God's children and expressed hope for the youth of East Orange. He
requested recognition of all young people who have passed away in East Orange since 1975 to promote awareness. He
expressed concerns about recognizing July 4 and suggested that December 6, 1865, the date the 13th Amendment was
ratified, should also be recognized as the day slavery ended. Mr. Williams congratulated the graduates of the East Orange
School District and raised concerns regarding alleged dishonest practices at the library, asking that the Council Chairwoman
be made aware of the complaints.
