Fiscal Office
- Approval of Payments ($TBD) and Payroll ($255,811.56)
- Heartland Bank (Res 29-26) – A Resolution to establish a new banking relationship with
Heartland Bank.
Standing Business:
Fire:
- Ladder 240 Repairs – Request approval for Ladder 240 repairs up to $15,000.00.
- Acceptance of Awarded Grant – Request to accept grant funding in the amount of $1783.90
from Marysville Elks Lodge to purchase two 4-Gas Meters.
- Approval to Apply for Grants – Request approval to apply for three grants: Norfolk Southern
Safety-First Grant (up to $15,000.00), Columbia Gas Public Safety Grant (up to $5,000.00), and
CSX Pride in Service Grant (up to $5,000.00).
