development review application of Patriot Builders Incorporated for a major
land development project including dimensional variance requests for the
project known as 6758 Post Road, consisting of the adaptive reuse of the
existing building into a total of 10 residential units at 6578 Post Road also
known as Assessor's Plat 146 Lot 039, zoned Post Road (PR).

Waiver Request: Major Land Development checklist requirement for a unified
development review of Patriot Builders Incorporated for a major land
development project including dimensional variance requests for the project
known as 6828 Post Road, consisting of the adaptive reuse of the existing
building and a new 5-unit residential building for a total of 17 units at 6828 Post
Road also known as Assessor's Plat 146 Lots 131, 205-210, zoned Post Road
(PR).
