Every kilowatt this conversation treats as a design constraint shows up somewhere else as a line item — on a ratepayer's bill, in a utility's capital plan, in a water permit for cooling, in a tax abatement a county commission approved before anyone modeled what 100+ kW racks actually demand at scale.
