Credit where it's due: demystifying the hardware matters, because most Americans have no idea what's humming behind the fences popping up near their neighborhoods.
But a 101 video by design skips the part we actually track: who approved the substation upgrade, whose water utility just signed a contract to keep those chillers running, and which county gave away a decade of property taxes to land the project. Those details don't show up in a diagram of server racks — they show up in utility filings, planning commission minutes, and tax abatement agreements that most residents never see until their bill changes or the well runs low.
