That's local journalism doing its job — and the complaint coming out of Cerro Gordo County is one we hear on repeat across this buildout: people finding out about a data center rezoning in their own backyard through the grapevine instead of a mailer, a public notice they could actually understand, or a straight answer from their elected officials.
