C. Agreement: Lionheart Works Memorandum of Understanding
Consideration and approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Alpharetta and
The Lionheart Life Center, Inc., dba Lionheart WORKS for the continued rental of Crabapple
Government Center, and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
D. Agreement: Senior Services North Fulton Memorandum of Understanding
Consideration and approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Alpharetta
and Senior Services North Fulton, Inc. for the continued rental of Crabapple Government Center,
and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.

A. Announcement of Public Hearing Procedures
B. CU-26-07 St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Columbarium
Consideration of a conditional use to allow ‘Cemetery’ use at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church
on 48.06 acres. A conditional use is requested to allow ‘Cemetery’ for a columbarium/memorial
garden. The property is located at 535 Rucker Road and is legally described as being located in
Land Lots 1241, 1279 & 1280, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
C. MP-26-09/CU-26-08/V-26-13 Onelife Fitness/Delta Credit Union MP
Consideration of a master plan amendment, conditional use, and variance to allow for the
construction of a 2 story, 55,000 square foot building to be used by Onelife Fitness on 6.25 acres in
the North Point Overlay. A master plan amendment is requested to the Delta Credit Union Master
Plan to add ‘Athletic Facility’ as a conditional use and a conditional use is requested to allow Onelife
Fitness to operate an ‘Athletic Facility’ on the subject property. Variances are requested to Unified
Development Code (UDC) Subsection 2.10.3(B) to allow parking between the building and the street
and to increase the maximum building setback from Haynes Bridge Road and Rock Mill Road, and
UDC Subsection 2.10.6(A)(3) to allow the impervious area of surface parking stalls to exceed the
impervious area of the building. The property is located at 0 North Fulton Expressway and is legally
described as being located in Land Lots 753, 754, 797 & 798, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton
County, Georgia.
D. V-26-11 Brookside Concourse Landscape Strip Variance
Consideration of a variance request to eliminate a landscape strip requirement in order to allow for
the subdivision of 2 office properties. A variance is requested from Unified Development Code
Subsection 3.2.8(D)(4) to eliminate the 5’ landscape strip requirement along property lines which do
not adjoin a street. The property is located at 4300, 4400, 4325 & 4425 Alexander Drive and is
legally described as being located in Land Lots 50, 82 & 83, 1st District, 1st Section, Fulton County,
Georgia.
E. Ordinance: Fire Prevention and Protection Text Amendments
FIRST READING
Consideration of text amendments to Chapter 20, referred to as Fire Prevention and Protection, to
amend provisions related to adoption of state minimum fire safety standards; definitions; appeals
from decisions of the fire department; storage of explosives, blasting agents, and liquified petroleum
gases; sprinkler installation requirements; outdoor burning regulations; emergency access for gated
communities; emergency responders radio coverage and testing; special fire services and public
safety plans; fire watch personnel and fire safety officer requirements; permit requirements for
certain assembly events, temporary events, or planned activities; fire and life safety record retention;
records reporting system requirements through the use of third-party inspection reporting software
programs; compliance reporting; enforcement provisions; and for other purposes.

PH-26-04 Unified Development Code – Amendments Business & Recreational Vehicles
DEFERRED: This item has been deferred by the Planning Commission and will not be
considered at this meeting.
Consideration of text amendments to Unified Development Code (UDC) Subsection 1.4 and UDC
Subsection 2.5.4(B) to assign definitions and amend the locational parking requirements for
business and recreational vehicles in residential zoning districts.

MP-26-08 5905 Windward Parkway Restaurant/Windward MP Pod 14
DEFERRED: This item has been deferred by the Applicant to the September 28, 2026 City
Council meeting and will not be considered at this meeting.
Consideration of a master plan amendment to allow a free-standing ‘Restaurant (no drive-thru)’ on
3.75 acres in Windward. A master plan amendment is requested to the Windward Master Plan Pod
14A to allow a free-standing ‘Restaurant (no drive-thru)’ as a principal use on the property. The
property is located at 0 Windward Parkway and is legally described as being located in Land Lot
1113, 2nd District, 1st Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

PH-26-12 Royal 400 Data Center - Change of Condition
DEFERRED: This item has been deferred by Staff and will not be considered at this meeting.
Consideration of a request to change a condition of zoning related to an expansion at an existing
data center on 38.8 acres in the Royal 400 Master Plan. The applicant requests to reduce a 100’
buffer to a 40’ buffer along Kimball Bridge Road in order to accommodate a power substation. The
property is located at 4905 North Point Parkway and is legally described as being located in Land
Lots 850, 851, 858 & 859, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Request for Proposal 26-116: Webb Bridge Road Design - Morris Road to East of North
Point Pkwy
Consideration and approval of the award of RFP 26-116 for the design of Webb Bridge Road from
Morris Road to East of North Point Pkwy and multiple intersection upgrades, such as adding traffic
signals at the intersections of Douglas Road at Clubhouse Drive and North Point Pkwy at
Tradewinds Pkwy to Lowe Engineers consulting firm with a contract term of 17-months from Notice
to Proceed, in an amount not to exceed $281,000.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute all
necessary documents.
B. Request For Qualifications (RFQ) 26-1001: Public Bike Share Program: Equipment,
Operations, and Services for City of Alpharetta
Consideration to award RFQ 26-1001 to Tandem Mobility, LLC for Public Bike Share Program
Services with a contract term of five-years and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary
documents. Consideration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Alpharetta
Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc. for sponsorship of a Public Bike Share Program and authorize
the Mayor to execute all necessary documents. Consideration to enter into a Memorandum of
Understanding with True North 400 for sponsorship of a Public Bike Share Program and authorize
the Mayor to execute all necessary documents. Consideration to enter into a Memorandum of

Understanding with PR Avalon Phase 1 Owner, LLC for sponsorship of a Public Bike Share Program
and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
C. Ordinance: Alcoholic Beverages Text Amendments
SECOND READING: The first reading occurred at the July 13, 2026 City Council meeting.
Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 4, titled “Alcoholic Beverages,” of the Code of the
City of Alpharetta, Georgia. The proposed modifications will amend provisions related to alcohol
service and consumption at publicly-owned facilities; to provide for severability; to provide for an
effective date; and for other purposes.
D. Resolution: Authorization to Intervene and to Petition for Temporary Collection of Taxes
Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the City to intervene in Fulton County's
Petition for Temporary Tax Collection Relief and to petition the Superior Court of Fulton County for
an Order authorizing the immediate and temporary collection of municipal ad valorem taxes.
