Data Center Watch is a research effort that monitors the growing wave of local opposition to data-center development — cataloguing the projects that have been proposed, contested, delayed, or blocked, and the reasons residents pushed back.
It is a useful complement to the facility map: where the map shows what already exists, this shows where the fights are happening and which ones communities are winning.
