A. Announcement of Public Hearing Procedures
B. PH-26-16 116/126 North Main Street – Change of Condition
Consideration of a change of conditions to allow a portion of the rooftop to be enclosed on the
building closest to North Main Street. The enclosed space and outdoor rooftop would be used for a
restaurant. The enclosed space represents a 4th floor on the building. The property is located at 116
& 126 North Main Street and is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1252, 2nd District, 2nd
Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
C. MP-26-13 / CU-26-11 Royal 400 Data Center
DEFERRED: This item has been deferred by Staff, and it will not be considered at this
meeting.
Consideration of a request for master plan amendment and conditional use to allow a Georgia
Power substation in conjunction with an expansion at an existing data center on 38.8 acres in the
Royal 400 Master Plan. The applicant requests to amend the Royal 400 Master Plan to add ‘Utility
Substation’ as a conditional use and a conditional use is requested to allow a ‘Utility Substation’ at
the applicant’s property. The property is located at 4905 North Point Parkway and is legally
described as being located in Land Lots 850, 851, 858 & 859, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton
County, Georgia.

NEW BUSINESS
A. Landscape Maintenance Contract Extensions — Citywide by Russell Landscape and SR 400
by Georgia Green
Consideration of approval of the extensions for Russell Landscape's Contract No. 22-104/22-105 in
the amount of $704,638.98 and Georgia Green's Contract No. 22-111 in the amount of $186,213.70
in the form of two one-year (12-month) renewals, and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary
documents.
B. Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Addition for Cloud Services with Dell Marketing LP
Consideration of approval of the procurement of the addition of Cloud Services to the current threeyear Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft from Dell Marketing LP for the amount of $342,160.00
using state contract number 9999-SPD-SPD0000060-0006, and authorize the Mayor to execute all
necessary documents.
C. Speed Reduction Recommendation on Canton Street - North of Milton Avenue
Consideration of a motion to reduce the speed limit on Canton Street - North of Milton Avenue - from
30 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour and petition the Georgia Department of Transportation to
approve the same.
D. Agreement: Points of Light, Lowe's Community Impact Grant Partners
Consideration and approval of an agreement between Points of Light (Lowe's Community Impact
Grant Partners) and the City of Alpharetta for the award of grant funds in the amount of $300,000,
and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
