6. Agreement
Agreement between Moore’s Lawn Service and
Union County for lawn maintenance services of
seventeen (17) county owned properties in the
amount of $970.00 every two weeks for the
duration of the current mowing season. This
agreement has an effective date of April 1, 2026
through December 31, 2026.
7. Agreement
Agreement between Sheats Structural Consulting,
Inc. and Union County, Georgia for structural
engineering for the Spiva Cove Road Bridge
Replacement over Nottely River in an amount not to
exceed $4,250.00. This agreement has an effective
date of March 17, 2026.
8. Agreement Amendment
Agreement Amendment between Motorola
Solutions, Inc. and Union County, Georgia for
RAVE Mobile Safety in the amount of $47,697.21.
The amendment adjusts the amounts within the
agreement including: RAVE set up fee, $2,500:
IPaws integration, $10,000.20: 5-year software
subscription, $24,156.61: Mobile Reach,
$11,040.40.
9. Business Licenses
Approval of Business Licenses issued in Union
County from March 15, 2026 to April 10, 2026 for
the purpose of operating a Short-term Rental in
Union County. A list of the business licenses issued
is attached and made part of this agenda.
10. Grant
Acceptance of Accountability Courts Gran AWACFP-26-130-021 for Family Treatment Court in
the amount of $10,023.00. The grant period is from
April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
11. Resolution (R-2026-26)
Adoption of Resolution R-2026-26 for the purpose
of enacting an emergency moratorium on
applications for cryptocurrency sites, data mining
sites and data centers for the duration of onehundred twenty (120) days with an effective date of
April 16, 2026 at 7:00pm.
12. County Operations Update
County Manager, Tony Hughes, will provide
attendees with an update on county operations
