combined acres. The applicant is requesting a special exception for a rural event center.
Application 25-32V: InHouse Real Estate, LLC, owner, 2547 Locust Grove Road (Parcel
209 01038D); located in Land Lot 76 of the 2nd Land District, consisting of approximately
31.3 acres. The applicant is requesting a variance for the reduction of a required 200-foot
perimeter setback for an event center to 100 feet.
