I. Call to order:
Supervisor Karam called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM.

II. Pledge of Allegiance
Supervisor Karam led those present to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.

IIL Roll call
Adam Jurezyk, Trustee; Dan Koob, Trustee; Tiffany Andreae, Trustee; Jill Talbot, Trustee (absent); Chris
Karam, Supervisor.

Also present: Heidi Shannon, Clerk, TJ Podgorski; Highway Commissioner.

IV. Public Comment:
There was no public comment.

VI. Discussion and potential action on approval of minutes:
A. May 14, 2026, Regular Board Meeting
Trustee Andreae made a motion that was seconded by Trustee Koob to approve May 14, 2026, regular board
meeting minutes. The minutes were approved by a unanimous voice vote.
VIL. Discussion and potential action on the following topics:
A. Payment of bills
Trustee Jurezyk made a motion that was seconded by Trustee Koob to approve the bills of 5/14/26-6/10/26 in
the amount of $359,289.78 check nos. 60228-60293.
Roll Call: Jurezyk-yes; Koob-yes; Andreae-yes; Talbot-(absent); Karam-yes. Motion Carried.

There were no items for consideration and adoption.

IX. Reports

A. Assessor’s Report
There was no assessor report.

B. Clerk’s Report
There was no clerk’s report.

C. Highway Commissioner’s Report
Podgorski reported that they have been starting drainage work. They are currently working on resurfacing in
Tower Lakes with the goal of being completed in time for their July 4" parade.

D. Supervisor’s Report
Karam reported that the Township has reached an agreement with Barrington Countryside Fire Protection and
FSC] to proceed with the building project. Final plans have been submitted to the county for approval. Once
approval is received, the project will go out to bid immediately, with the goal of presenting a contract for Board
approval at the next meeting.

Karam provided an update on the June 28th Land We Love Run, noting that registration numbers for runners
and walkers are currently lower than anticipated. Several sponsorship opportunities remain available. Karam
also reported that the Township is updating its current logo, digital images, and color palette to modernize these
assets. Finally, a newsletter will be distributed to residents outlining the Township’s opposition to the proposed
data centers in the Barrington area.

Trustee Andreae made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Koob to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned by
unanimous voice vote.
