Approve minutes for July 8, 2026
1. Resolution of the Hancock County Area Plan Commission Determining that the
Amending Declaratory Resolution Approved and Adopted by the Hancock County
Redevelopment Commission conforms to the Plan of Development of the County
and Approving said resolution and plan.
The Hancock County Redevelopment Commission did on April 8, 2009, adopt a
declaratory resolution, as amended to date (collectively, as amended, “Declaratory
Resolution”), establishing the Mt. Comfort Corridor Economic Development Area
(“Area”). On June 11, 2026 the Commission adopted a resolution to amend the Area
Resolution (“Amending Declaratory Resolution”) to (i) expand the Area by adding Parcel
Nos. 30-06-06-100-004.000-006, 30-06-06-100-005.000-006, 30-06-05-200-001.000-006, 3006-05-200-001.001-006, 30-06-05-500-002.000-006, 30-06-05-000-005.002-006, 30-06-05100-003.000-006, 30-06-05-100-004.000-006, 30-06-05-400-008.000-006, 30-06-15-300016.000-006 (collectively, "Expansion Parcels") to the Area; and (ii) expand the Allocation
Area by adding the Expansion Parcels. Passed by the Hancock County Area Plan Commission,
this 28th day of July 2026.
