PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Hancock County Area Plan Commission has
established the Citizens’ Advisory Committee on Data Center Siting (herein after
referred to as the “Citizens’ Committee”) pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-407.
The first meeting of Citizens’ Committee will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at
5:30 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom at the Hancock County Annex, 111
American Legion Place, Greenfield, Indiana, 46140. Members of the public are
welcome to attend.
The meeting will be available by webcast at the following web address:

Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, any individual who wishes to
attend the meeting, but requires special accommodations to observe and/or
participate, is requested to contact the Planning Department in advance of the
meeting at (317) 477-1134 or in person at 111 American Legion Place, Suite 146,
Greenfield, Indiana 46140 to request such accommodations.
