Board of Supervisors
Special Meeting
Roll Call: Chair Darren Batterson; Vice Chair Carrie Teninty; Supervisor Bryan Ziegler; Karen
Wilcoxson, Assistant to the Board of Supervisors; Don Phillips, Sheriff; Steviee Grove, County
Attorney; Jason Fuller, Sheriff’s Department; Chaylee Goodvin, Sheriff’s Department; Marty
Wonderlin. Sheriff’s Department.
10:00 a.m. Work Session was called to order by Chair, Batterson. Vice Chair Teninty moved,
seconded by Supervisor Ziegler, All Ayes. Motion Carried.
The focus was on wage increases for a few employees. These will added on the 8/11/2026
agenda.
Meeting was paused due to a scheduled Team’s Meeting at 11:00. Meeting was reconvened at
11:19.
Other Business- The supervisors talked about switching around a few committees/boards they
serve for scheduling purposes. The importance of fueling county vehicles at Secondary Roads
was stressed. Options for fixing the elevator at Conservation. Data Centers were discussed and
requested to be on the 8/11/2026 agenda.
12:15 p.m. A motion for the meeting to adjourn was made by Vice Chair Teninty seconded by
Supervisor Ziegler. All ayes. Motion Carried.
