(cont'd.) PUBLIC HEARING to solicit public comment on Ord. No. 861, which
proposes amendments to Chapter 28 of the Town Code (Zoning). The purpose of
the proposed amendments is to revise the Code to make the Town's treatment of
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) consistent with the provisions of recently
enacted State Legislation and recommended best practices for such uses.
5:35PM PUBLIC HEARING to solicit public comment on two separate but related
Ordinances. Ordinance No. 863, proposes to enact a temporary (12 month)
moratorium on applications related to the use "Data Centers." Ordinance No. 864
proposes amendments to Chapter 28 of the Town Code (Zoning). The purpose of
the proposed zoning amendments is to revise the Code to create and define the
term "Data Center" and to provide supplemental standards for this use.
