FREDERICK COUNTY COUNCIL MEMBER STEVE MCKAY TO HOLD
DISTRICT 2 COMMUNITY MEETING
FREDERICK, MD – Frederick County Council Member Steve McKay will host a
community meeting on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the
Urbana Regional Library, 9020 Amelung Street, Urbana. The meeting will be held in the
Natelli Room, which is the large meeting room on the lower level.
Council Member McKay stated, “This is a chance to review the Council’s recent actions,
discuss what we’re currently working on, and look ahead to items expected to come
before the Council in the coming months. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity for
residents to ask questions about the County and the issues that matter most to them.”
Representatives of the citizen group organizing the Data Center Referendum petition
drive will be available to collect signatures.
