7:05 PM PUBLIC HEARING - Zoning Bylaw Amendments
In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5 the Boxborough Planning Board will conduct a public hearing
to consider the following proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments:
• To consider a temporary moratorium on Data Centers;
• To revise the zoning bylaw for consistency with changes made to Massachusetts General Laws in the
Governor’s fiscal year 2027 budget bill, as it relates to entitlements, non-conformities, and variances.
• To amend section 8.5 of the Zoning Bylaw to comply with the State MBTA Communities Act.

The Planning Board will enter into executive session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation per MGL Ch.

noting that discussion in open session would be detrimental to the litigating position of the Town.
