The Mansfield Planning Board will hold a CONTINUED public hearing on Wednesday,
December 10, 2025, January 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm in Meeting Room 3 A/B, Mansfield Town
Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA regarding the application of Zakary Medeiros for a Special
Permit Modification pursuant to Bylaw Sections 230-5.5 at 249 Oakland Street for a driveway
layout change. The project site is owned by Arnold Medeiros Properties LLC and is shown on
Assessor’s Map 030, Lot 136 within the Industrial 1 2 (I-1) zone. A complete application is
available at the office of the Planning Department, located at Town Hall, Six Park Row,
Mansfield, MA during regular business hours.
