1. Joint Meeting - Plymouth Center Steering Committee
Site Plan Review - Town of Plymouth School Department, 6 Lincoln to construct a parking lot
with an associated stormwater system at 6 Lincoln Street, Parcel 020-000-165-000
2. Public Hearing
Senior Housing Updates - The intent of this article is to update portions of the Zoning Bylaw
related to senior housing by replacing every instance of the word “Elderly” with “Senior”,
modifying the definition of “Elderly Household” in Section 201-3 and the parking table in
Section 203-7 related to certain senior housing uses, and prohibiting the existing Elderly
Housing use in the General Commercial, Arterial Commercial, and Mixed Commerce Zoning
Districts as listed in the Use Table, or take any other action relative thereto
Industrial Zoning Updates - The intent of this article is to update portions of the Zoning Bylaw
related to Industrial Zoning by reducing setback and Special Permit requirements in the Light
Industrial Building Height Overlay District (LIBHOD) and exempting mechanical equipment
from the height measurement calculation in the Light Industrial District within the
Dimensional Table, and eliminating the 0.25 maximum Floor Area Ratio requirement for Light
Industry and Renewable/Alternate Energy Manufacturing uses in the Use Table, or take any
other action relative thereto.
