9. Vote to confirm the Town Manager’s appointment of Jacob “Jake” Webb as a full-time firefighter for the
Town of Southbridge, based upon the Deputy Fire Chief's recommendation, effective upon completion
of all rehiring documents.

10. Vote to confirm the Town Manager’s appointment, based on the Department of Public Works Director
recommendations, of Tyler Anthony Goyette to the position of Maintenance Man/Equipment Operator,
effective upon completion of all onboarding requirements.

11. Vote to approve change in the job description of the Administrative Assistant II/Data Lister-Assessor’s
Office (S-7) to Administrative Assistant II/Field Data Collector - Assessor’s Office (S-7).

12. Vote to approve change in the job description of the Administrative Assistant II, Assessor’s Office (S-7).

13. Vote to approve the Fourth Amendment to the Lease and Lease Extension between the Town of Southbridge
(Landlord) and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Motor Vehicles Division, also known as
the Registry of Motor Vehicles Division (Tenant) through September 14, 2027. Allow the Town Manager to
sign all related documents.

14. Vote to approve the contract for $47,700 between the Town of Southbridge and MACIR Inc. to complete a
series of Digital Readiness Bootcamps. Allow the Town Manager to sign all related documents.

15. Vote to approve the Town joining the Central Massachusetts Regional 911 District (CMRECC). Authorize
the Town Manager to sign the Inter-Municipal Agreement for Conditional Membership Admission.

16. Vote to approve the 2026 Business Associate Agreement and related documents with First Financial
Resources (FFR) for the collection of delinquent ambulance accounts. Authorize the Town Manager to take
the appropriate steps necessary for further action.

17. Amendments to the Town of Southbridge Zoning Bylaw Section 10.1 Definitions by adding the definition
of Data Center.

18. Amendments to the Town of Southbridge Zoning Bylaw Section 8, Special Regulations by adding a new
section 8.11 Temporary Moratorium for Data Centers.
