Approval of Agenda: Motion by Supervisor Werner, second by Treasurer Werner to approve agenda as
presented. Motion carried 4-0.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Truster White, second by Treasurer Werner, to approve September 9,
2026 as presented. Motion carried 4-0.
Treasurer’s Report: Motion by Supervisor Werne, second by Trustee White, to accept Treasurers Report
as presented.
Roll Call Vote: Supervisor Werner-Y, Treasurer Werner-Y, Trustee White-Y, Clerk Green-Y Motion carried

Payables: Motion by Supervisor Werner, second by Trustee Kent to pay listed payables of $20,730.10

Public Comment: None
Old Business:
Zoning Amendments- Looking at a November Hearing on changes to Section 410, Useds in Districts,
Cargo Containers, and language for data Centers.

New Business:
L-4029-2026 Tax Rate Request- Drafted by Treasurer, confirmed by County
Motion to pass and have Supervisor and Clerk sign document by Treasurer Werner, second by Trustee
White.

ELK Fest Update: Reviewing records we seem to have a blend of several documents that we are working
off of. Suggest we combine 2017 and 2023 agreements for next year. Will schedule the Chamber to
attend Oct 14 meeting to hash this out. Other than that, all speed ahead.

Trick or Treating Hours
Trunk or Treat in the park will be allowed, Hours to be 5PM- 8PM
Motion by Clerk Green, second by Supervisor Werner to set the hours for Trick or Treating from 5PM to
8PM on Oct 31. Motion Carried 4-0
Election Update: waiting for ballots to mail out, same rules as Primary election
Board Statements:
Kent: Don’t know if made to Chamber meeting
Green: Questions about Little Free Library. Permission was allowed in past, nothing on record.
Motion by Supervisor Werner, second by Clerk Green to allow citizens to install and maintain a little free
library at the west entrance to park. Motion carried.
Issues with rocks on Pickleball Court, will have DPW rescue loose rocks.
Clerk and Treasurer will both be gone on Sept 29 for training, Supervisor will open office that day.
Supervisor: Fire meeting, millage passed, Fun Run on Sept 12

White: Ambulance meeting- looking for used ambulance
