Portable Stage Proposal
The proposal for a portable stage has been completed and submitted. The response from the Communications
Director indicated that all Township spending has been frozen until after November.
This delay provides an opportunity to research organizations that could utilize a portable stage or risers for events.
Additional research will also be conducted regarding legal requirements, liability considerations, and user
responsibilities associated with the equipment. Josh's experience working with this type of staging will be a valuable
resource in evaluating operational requirements and best practices.

Township Promotion
Communications Director Shelly Schloss has been doing an excellent job promoting many organizations, including
Media Network. This support is greatly appreciated, as Township-led promotion provides additional visibility and
credibility. Community members are often more likely to take notice when information is shared through official
Township channels.
T-Shirts and Furniture
Work continues on Media Network T-shirt designs that are distinct from staff shirts. Two sample designs have been
created and are available for public review and potential purchase by individuals who wish to support the Network.
The new furniture purchased by the Network has been very well received by volunteers and has provided a greater
variety of visual options for productions. Given the volume of programming produced, consideration should be
given to continuing furniture upgrades on an every-other-year basis to maintain a fresh and professional
appearance.
