Busch Municipal Building Conference Room Second Floor East

1. Welcome attendees
2. Approve the September 16, 2026 meeting minutes
3. New business
-Discuss the plan to study environmental subjects regarding the
response to Greene County Commissioners request of the Board to
identify environmental concerns and best practices associated with the
siting, development, and operation of data centers
-Kevin Barnes, Director of Greene County Resource Management,
presentation
-Set the November meeting agenda
4. Adjourn
