Pursuant to Section 2-40 of the Code of Ordinances, | am calling a Work Session with the City
Council to be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Altoona City Hall, 900 Venbury
Drive, Altoona, IA 50009 to discuss the following:
An informational discussion with City of Altoona officials to gain insight into their experience
with data center development, including the planning process, lessons learned, challenges, and
best practices.
