Public Comment during the Governing Board Meeting on May 26, 2026 will be for all matters off the agenda, and be limited to
up to three minutes per person. Additionally, public comment of up to three minutes per person may be heard during individual
action items. The Governing Board reserves the right to reduce the time allowed for public comment. The Governing Board may
prohibit comment if the content of the comments is a topic that is not relevant to, or within the authority of, the Governing Board,
or if the content of the comments is willfully disruptive of the meeting by being irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive,
inflammatory, irrational or amounting to personal attacks or interfering with the rights of other speakers. Persons are invited to
submit comments in writing on the agenda items and/or attend and make comment on that item at the Governing Board meeting.
Decorum during the meeting must be upheld whereby no person in the audience shall engage in disorderly conduct such as hand
clapping, stamping of feet, whistling, using profane language, yelling, and similar demonstrations, which conduct disturbs the
peace and good order of the meeting. Any person who becomes disruptive or interferes with the orderly business of the Board
may be removed from the Board Chambers or other meeting room for the remainder of the meeting.
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices,
and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion,

adopt the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 of the Nye County Water District. This item will not

10. FOR DISCUSSION ONLY – Discussion, deliberation and possible direction to staff on the topic
of large-scale data centers being considered for construction in Nye County. This item will not impose
any financial impact.
11. FOR DISCUSSION ONLY – Discussion and deliberation on the Nevada Division of
Environmental Protection’s official endorsement of the Community Source Water Protection Plan For
Public Water Systems in Nye County, Nevada. The Nye County Board of Commissioners adopted the
plan by resolution on April 7, 2026. This item will not impose any financial impact.
12. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION – Discussion, deliberation and possible action to (A) approve the
amount of $4,543.89 to be spent from the General Manager’s annual expense allocation in the fiscal
year 2025-2026 for the purchase of a CANON IMAGEPROGRAF PRO2600 Plotter/Large Format
Printer. And (B) approve the amount of $6,000 to be spent from the General Manager’s annual expense
allocation during each of the fiscal years of 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 at the manager’s discretion. This
item will not impose any unbudgeted financial impact.
13. FOR DISCUSSION ONLY – Discussion and deliberation on the recently announced requirements
of assigned watering days by customers of Great Basin Water Company. This item will not impose any
financial impact.

Infiltration Basin design work within Nevada Hydrographic Basin #162 in accordance to Grant
Opportunity #R25AP00577-00 from the U.S. Department of the Interior – Bureau of Reclamation.
