Ordinances:
-Public Hearing and Final Adoption, Ordinance#2026-11, Amending and Supplementing the Code of the
Town of Hackettstown to Include and Designate Data Centers as a Non-Permitted Use in All Zones Within
the Town.
-Introduction, Ordinance #2026-12, Appropriating an Additional Sum of $5,513.00 for the Purchase of a Bell
Tower at the Moore Street Firehouse by the Town of Hackettstown.
Resolutions:
-Resolution #2026-67, appointing Sergeant C. Marinelli as the Municipal 911 Coordinator for the TOH.
-Resolution #2026-68, authorizing the award of a contract with Municipal Parking Services Inc to provide
“Safetysticks” to the TOH.
-Resolution #2026-69, amending the 2026 salary of the Administrative Office and Boards Secretary and
incorporating the Rental Regulations/Landlord licensing duties into said position.
-Resolution #2026-70, authorizing the sale of surplus personal property no longer needed for public use
through an online auction.
-Resolution #2026-71, confirming appointments to the position of Police Sergeant following certification of
the NJ Civil Service Commission eligible list.
-Resolution #2026-72, authorizing the reappropriation of unexpended funds from the 2025 Capital
Ordinances for 2026 road improvement work.
-Resolution #2026-73, establishing the 2026 clothing allowance for the Fire Department.
-Resolution #2026-74, authorizing the award of a contract to Garden State Pavement Solutions LLC for the
Riverfront Park milling and paving Recreation’s basketball court.
-Resolution #2026-75, authorizing the use of funds from Capital Ordinance 2025-02 for unanticipated
sidewalk repairs on Main Street from Grand Avenue to Willow Grove Street.
