NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please be advised that the following
Special Meeting of the Holmdel Township Planning Board has been scheduled:
Monday, August 3rd, 2026 – 7:00 PM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that this Special Meeting will be held in the Meeting Room at Holmdel Township
Town Hall, 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, New Jersey. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Formal action
may be taken at this meeting.
In accordance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL) at N.J.S.A. 40:55D-64, the Township Committee
of Holmdel has referred to this Board for review proposed Ordinance No. 2026-16, entitled “An Ordinance Establishing
Data Centers as a Prohibited Use”
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-26a, the Board shall make and transmit to the governing body a letter identifying if any
provisions in a proposed ordinance are inconsistent with the master plan along with recommendations concerning these
inconsistencies and any other matters as the Board deems appropriate.
