3, (RC/PW) Advise City personnel to take steps to eradicate SLF. (attach info)
Whereas the SLF is harmful to the local ecosystem and economy, therefor the GGC
suggests that the City of Geneva and Geneva BID personnel who work outside pursue
measures to eradicate the SLF such as squashing individuals of the nymph and adult
life stages; scraping SLF egg masses into alcohol or similar biocide; eradicating their
host species, the tree of heaven (genus Ailanthus). Anyone who sees (and stomps on)
this or any other invasive species can report them here: https://www.imapinvasives.org/

5, City Committee vs Non-Profit vote.
