Legislative Requests:
1) A resolution ratifying the City Council acceptance by motion of the award of
the Fiscal Year 2025 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response
grant in the amount of $1,135,135.06.
2) An ordinance authorizing and directing the submission to the electors of the
City of Heath of a proposal to amend the Charter of the City of Heath to
prohibit construction of a data center and declaring an emergency.
3) An ordinance to authorize the transfer and appropriation of $44,744.64 from
the Wastewater Improvement II Fund to Wastewater-Architects & Engineers.
