Zoning Commission:
• The Commission approved a request to rezone parcel number 04-014-00-00004-000 (lot west of 1215 Howe Road) from R-1 to I-C and sent it to the
Trustees for their review.
• The discussion surrounding data centers continues, including detailed
restrictions that are needed in the draft legislation and narrowing down
locations that are least impactful on Township residents.
• The next Zoning Commission meeting is September 10th. A Public Hearing
is set for 6:45pm regarding Megan’s Way Out and the regular meeting will
begin at 7:00pm.

BZA:
• The BZA met on August 12th. Three residential cases were granted variances,
and one residential case was tabled until the September meeting. Waffle
House was the only commercial case, and they were granted a 5’ variance
for minimum lot width.
• The BZA will meet next September 9th at 7:00pm.
