Zoning Commission:
• The discussion surrounding data centers continues, including detailed
restrictions that are needed in the draft legislation and narrowing down
locations that are least impactful on Township residents. The
Commission will be requesting a six-month extension to the current
moratorium on data centers as they continue to work towards finalizing
new legislation.
• The next Zoning Commission meeting is October 8th at 7:00 pm and the
agenda will be available on the website shortly.

BZA:
• The BZA met on September 9th. Four residential cases were on the
agenda. Two were tabled and two were granted.
• The BZA will meet next October 14th at 7:00pm. The agenda will be
available on the website shortly.

Request Board Approval to send Days Inn violation of keeping shipping
container in parking lot to prosecutor – has been there for years
2.
The Zoning Commission is requesting the Trustees extend the existing
moratorium on data centers an additional six months as they continue
working on legislation. The existing moratorium expires on October 6th,
2026.
