Proposed Zoning Text Amendment ZA-2026-01
This is the date and time set by the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, to hold a public
hearing on the proposed Zoning Text Amendment ZA-2026-01. The proposed amendment was initiated by
the Board of Clak County Commissioners to amend the following sections: Section 215 “Heavy Industrial
District” and Chapter 10 “Definitions”, creates Section 749 “Data Centers”, and amends other Chapters
throughout the zoning text necessary to effectuate the desired changes to these particular chapters.
