regular session, pursuant to adjournment, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (Sunshine

Set Date and Time for Public Hearing for
Proposed Zoning Text Amendment ZA-2026-01
Commissioner ____ moved, per the certification and recommendation of the Clark County Rural Zoning
Commission, to set 10:00 A.M, Wednesday, July 8, 2026 in the Commissioners Chambers, Room 151 at the
Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio as the date and time for a public
hearing for the proposed Text Amendment ZA-2026-01. The proposed zoning text amendment initiated by
the Rural Zoning Commission, amends the following sections: Section 215 “Heavy Industrial District” and
Chapter 10 “Definitions”, creates Section 749 “Data Centers”, and amends other Chapters throughout the
zoning text necessary to effectuate the desired changes to these particular Chapters.
Commissioner ____ seconded the motion and the roll being called for its passage, the vote resulted as
follows:
