County, Ohio. This Zoning Text Amendment will modify certain sections of the Zoning Regulations

Said Zoning Text Amendment is: Case # ZA-2026-01, a comprehensive zoning text amendment initiated by
the Board of Clark County Commissioners to amend Section 215 “Heavy Industrial District” and Chapter
10 “Definitions”, create Section 749 “Data Centers”, and to amend other Chapters throughout the zoning
text necessary to effectuate the desired changes to these particular Chapters.
