A Risk & Resilience Assessment in the amount of $175,139.00
ii. Regarding authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement
with the Kliengers Group to design a two-way turn lane on SR-73 at a
total cost of $36,000.00

a. Discuss Legislation
i. Regarding an Ordinance Amending Section 452.03 Of The Codified
Ordinances. (First Reading)
b. Executive Session Request
i. To Consider confidential information that is directly related to a
request for economic development assistance under any provision
identified in Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(8), or that involves public
infrastructure improvements or the extension of utility services that are
directly related to an economic development project, as necessary to
protect the interests of the applicant or the possible investment or
expenditure of public funds to be made in connection with the
economic development project and to confer with legal counsel
