for unhoused individuals during cold weather in the amount of $20,000.00. (non-general)
b. CONVENTION & VISITORS: Agreement with Infinite Synergy for ongoing support,
maintenance, updates, hosting, optimization and promotion of the Website in the amount

c. E911: Agreement with ARK Data Centers to purchase 2 firewalls to upgrade the firewall
