I. Discussion, consideration, possible action, and/or amendment to:

A. Approve and sign Golden Woods Plat with Brent Shane.

B. Discussion and possible action with concerned citizens of McCurtain County regarding data centers.

C. Approve and sign Resolution establishing a temporary moratorium on the development, permitting,
and construction of data centers in McCurtain County.

D. Discussion and possible action to extend or remove the county burn ban.

E. Accept sealed bids for a new 2026 truck for Sherwood VFD.

F. Approve and sign ODOT contract for maintenance / personnel assisting of Federal and State Highway
System.

G. Discussion and possible action to accept the resignation of Kristan Patrick Morris from the Jail Trust
Authority Board.

H. Discussion and possible action on placing William Keith Frazier as District 1 appointment for the Jail
Trust Authority Board.

|. Approve and sign Resolution changing the name of the Hochatown Volunteer Fire Department to
Hochatown County Fire Department.

J. Approve and sign Resolution adopting the Amended By-Laws of the Hochatown County Fire
Department.

K. Approve and sign juvenile detention transport claims for the Sheriff’s Office.

L. Approve and sign Letter of Assurance for county eligibility to go with 781 funds application, completed
earlier this year.

M. Approve and sign McCurtain County Budget.

N. Discussion and possible action approving Interlocal Agreement between McCurtain County and the
Town of Hochatown concerning county roads.

O. Approve and sign Resolution to appoint Brittany Fegett as Receiving Officer for the Court Clerk’s Office.

P. Discussion and possible action on switching employee health insurance.
