BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
WORK SESSION
COMMISSIONERS’ CONFERENCE ROOM
August 19, 2026
ATTENDANCE: Dan Camp, Jack Manning, Tony Amadio, Sydney Carlin
CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Camp called the meeting to order at 10:10.
WORK SESSION DISCUSSION MINUTES: The Commissioners have no corrections to the previous Work Session
Meeting minutes.
DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORT:
Dan Colville, DPW: Director Colville gave an update on the privacy fences in the parking garage and the permitting with
the peace tree. He also spoke about an upcoming meeting for the issues with the drainage. Controller Longo asked
questions in regards to the drainage.
Eric Brewer, EMS: Director Brewer gave an update on the Hazardous Mitigation Plan.
SOLICITOR’S REPORT:
Solicitor Fedeles announced that Big Beaver submitted an application for a data center to our Planning Commission for
review.
Solicitor Fedeles needs Executive Session for a personnel matter.
BOC REPORTS:
Commissioner Amadio: Commissioner Amadio spoke about the Aviation Center tour he attended, as well as the visit
from DDAP Secretary Latika Davis-Jones to Honor Dr. Neil Capretto.
Commissioner Camp: NONE
Commissioner Manning: Commissioner Manning touched on the events Commissioner Amadio spoke about.
OTHER BUSINESS: NONE
AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION:
Becky Gallagher, Baden: Ms. Gallagher asked questions regarding the Behavioral Health data breach and where the funds
came from. She also had questions in regard to the data centers.
ADJOURNMENT: The public portion of the meeting was adjourned at 10:25.
