3) MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING – January 27, 2026 Regular Meeting and Re-organization

a. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors approve the Preliminary and Final Land Development from
FTMA to construct a 1,920 square foot storage garage at the corner of Crescent Drive and US Route
30.
b. Recommendation the Zoning Hearing Board approve the Special Exception application from FTMA to
operate a municipal garage within the Village Zoning District with a condition concerning landscaping
and several modifications.
c.

Recommendation the Board of Supervisors approve a Final Land Development from GE Aerospace
Pittsburgh Gold for a 4,100 square foot building expansion at the Airport.

d. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors approve the Final Planned Development from Maronda
Homes, LLC for the Alderman Property along Spring Run Road Extension.
e. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors approve a Final Planned Development from Caymus
Pittsburgh, LP for the Caymus property to construct 61 single-family units along Potato Garden Run
Road.

a. Recommendation to the Zoning Hearing Board on a Special Exception request by Burgettstown Road
Associates LP for outdoor storage, sales, and display at Parcel A, at the Ridge Road Industrial Park
b. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on a Final Land Development by Dick’s Sporting Goods
for an expansion to the existing Childcare Center
c.

Review of a proposed ordinance establishing regulations for data centers.
