a. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on a Conditional Use application from Range Resources
for the construction of a tank pad along Burgettstown Road.

a. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on Preliminary and Final Land Development from FTMA
to construct a 1920 square foot storage garage at the corner of Crescent Drive and US Route 30
b. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on Final Land Development from GE Aerospace
Pittsburgh Gold for a 4100 square foot building expansion at the Airport
c.
Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on a Final Planned Development from Maronda Homes,
LLC for the Alderman Property along Spring Run Road Extension
d. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on a Final Planned Development for the Caymus
property to construct 61 single-family units along Potato Garden Run Road
e. Proposed Data Center Ordinance for preliminary review
