3) MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING – February 25, 2026 Regular Meeting
4) CORRESPONDENCE SENT
a. Recommendation the Zoning Hearing Board approve the Special Exception application from
Burgettstown Road Associates LP for outdoor storage, sales, and display on Parcel A, of the Ridge
Road Industrial Park.
b. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors waive Preliminary and grant Final Land Development
Approval to Dick’s Sporting Goods for an expansion to the existing childcare facility at 345 Court Street.

to operate a Short Term Rental at 107 Oakwood Lane, Imperial, PA
c.
Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on a Conditional Use application from Daniel Moskal to
operate a Short Term Rental at 922 Lodgepole Drive, Imperial, PA
d. Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding and ordinance regulating Data Centers
