The Planning Commission allocates a period of time during this item for those individuals who would like the opportunity to address
the Planning Commission on the AGENDA ITEMS noted below. Each person addressing the Planning Commission is asked to limit
their comments to a maximum of three (3) minutes.

3) MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING –April 28, 2026 Regular Meeting
4) CORRESPONDENCE SENT
a. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors approve a Conditional Use application from Hudson
Trading Group, LLC for a wholesale manufacturing and distribution facility at 102 Technology Drive.
b. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors grant Preliminary and Final Subdivision approval to RIDC
for lots B-1 and A-2 at Neighborhood 91.
c.

Recommendation the Zoning Hearing Board grant approval for a Use by Special Exception request by
Robert Cronin for a collection and recycling station at 667 Route 30.

d. Recommendation the Board of Supervisors grant Preliminary and Final Land Development approval to
Robert Cronin for a collection and recycling station at 667 Route 30.
