* Motion #4 - Move to enact Ordinance No. 695-2026 amending Chapter 159, “Property Maintenance,” in the Code of the
Borough of Franklin Park, to adopt the 2021 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, regulating and
governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures, second.
Summarize Ordinance No. 696-2026 adopting the 2021 Edition of the International Fire Code
* Motion #5 - Move to enact Ordinance No. 696-2026 amending Chapter 122, “Fire Prevention,” in the Code of the
Borough of Franklin Park, to adopt the 2021 Edition of the International Fire Code; providing for the issuance of permits
and collection of fees therefor, second
* Motion #6 – Move Accelerant National Insurance Company Subdivision Bond No. N0029SU000174 in the amount of
$1,006,100.00 being held for the Deerfield Estates Plan of Lots No. 2B, be reduced by $761,900.00 leaving a balance
of $244,200.00, in accordance with the letter from LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors dated April 2, 2026, second
* Motion #7 - Move the Borough enter into a Fourth Addendum to Development Agreement with Memory Lane Venture
LLC for the development and construction of the Bliss Residential Land Development Plan, located at 2041 Reis Run
Road, in order to extend the completion period until May 21, 2027, second
* Motion #8 - Move to accept the notice of retirement from Edward J. Poisker III, Police Officer, effective March 30, 2026,

* Motion #9 - Move to authorize the first partial payment of the 2026 annual donation to the McCandless-Franklin Park
Ambulance Authority in the amount of $19,666.67, second
* Motion #10 - Move to authorize the second quarter payment in the amount of $101,301.25 to Northland Library as part

* Motion #14 – Move to adopt Resolution No. 1418-2026 authorizing participation in the Allegheny County Community
Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs for three program years 2027, 2028, and
2029, second
* Introduce Ordinance No. 697-2026 amending Chapter 212 in the Code of the Borough of Franklin Park, “Zoning,” to:
(1) add a data center district overlay to the zoning ordinance; (2) amend the official zoning map of the Borough; (3)
make such other revisions and amendments as are incidental to and necessitated by adding a data center district
overlay to the zoning ordinance. This ordinance will be advertised for consideration at the June regular meeting.
