7.I. Ordinance No. 552 – Data Center Ordinance
An ordinance which define the use classification of ‘Data Center’ and to adopt
regulations and conditional use requirements for data centers within North Fayette
Township.

9. PRESENTATION
9.I. Official Zoning Map Amendment
A presentation by LSSE Consulting Engineers regarding a proposed amendment to
the Township’s Official Zoning Map for the parcels comprising the Pittsburgh
Technical College property.
9.II. Future PRD Amendment
A discussion with the Planning Commission on amending the appropriate percentage
of required rear-entry townhomes (currently set at 70%) in Planned Residential
Development communities.
