a. Laurens County Council will enter into Executive Session for the specific purpose of:
i. the receipt of legal advice relating to the settlement of The County of Laurens, South Carolina vs.
Happy Valley Co., LLC, et. al., 2025CP3000102; and
ii. Discussion of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements regarding SCORF
funding and administration.
13. Adjournment
