REDUCTION IN THE TAXABLE VALUE OF BOATS, WATERCRAFT, AND AFFIXED
OUTBOARD MOTORS BY FORTY-TWO AND 86/100 PERCENT AS AUTHORIZED BY
SECTION 12-37-220(B)(54) OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA 1976, AS
AMENDED; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
14. Public Hearing – Ordinance 2026-16
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CLARENDON COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK MASTER
AGREEMENT AND ESTABLISH THAT CERTAIN QUALIFYING ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS SHALL CONTRIBUTE TWENTY PERCENT (20%) OF
COUNTY PROPERTY TAX REVENUES TO THE CLARENDON COUNTY ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH
PROJECT RECEIVES A FEE-IN-LIEU OF TAXES AGREEMENT, SPECIAL SOURCE
REVENUE CREDIT, OR OTHER COUNTY INCENTIVE.
15. Ordinance 2026-16
Consideration of the Second Reading of Ordinance 2026-16 - AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE
CLARENDON COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK MASTER AGREEMENT AND ESTABLISH
